CA. A.G. SITARAMAN- (B. Com, FCA, FCS, FCMA)

Mr. A.G. SITARAMAN is the Managing Partner of V. Nagarajan & Co. Chartered Accountants. He is a member of the ICAI for more than 40 years.

He has varied experience in all areas of Audit, Investigation, Due Diligence, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters for both domestic and foreign companies, Management Consultancy, Information System Audit and FEMA.

Work with clientele includes companies (large and medium sized), firms, banks, trusts, societies, charitable and educational institutions besides few renowned individuals.

CA. L.G. RAVI, (B. Com, FCA)

CA L G Ravi is a founding Member of the firm. Having more than 40 years of diverse industries experience in all areas of Audit, Investigation, Due Diligence, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters for both domestic and foreign companies, Management Consultancy, Information System Audit and FEMA. He has also given his service as a director in Shriram Group. He was also an executive member of the Andhra Chamber of Commerce.

CA. Pradeep Kumar, (B. Com, FCA, DISA)

Having an experience of over 10 years in the area of statutory audit, tax audit, Internal Control Compliances and certifications. His notable experience was with a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm where he has spent more than 7 years as professional performing statutory audit of various listed and private companies.

His experience includes advising multinational and domestic clients on:

IND AS implementation
Implementation of ERP software like SAP and RAMCO
Compliances under various laws like Companies Act and Income Tax Act
Effective controls and procedures etc.

CA. Sandeep Sharma

Mr. Sandeep Sharma is a Chartered Accountant having over 10 years of experience in Indirect Tax and has considerable experience in Service Tax and GST laws.

He is involved in litigation, advisory, transaction re-structuring, legal review, due diligence and compliance assignments for clients from diverse industries such as automobile and other service sectors.

Mrs. Sharada Nagarajan

Dr. Sharada Nagarajan is associate with the firm since 1984 as information technology head. She is a Doctorate in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Her entire career, she has been into designing and developing customised software-based solutions to meet the accounting cum MIS needs of various industries, with specialization in development sector.

She has designed and developed accounting cum MIS systems/ manuals for many companies. She has also worked in the development sector to setup accounting system She was the first one to bring out a software to meet the accounting cum MIS needs of Non-Governmental Organisation and SHG (Self Help Group) based micro finance activity, namely VOLAC and McFinancier. These software products are used across India by many organisations

CA. SHANKAR

Mr. Shankar is providing support to Auditing and Assurance Division and Financial Consultancy Division. his association with the Firm he handles corporate clients of the Firm. His Key Skills are Business Process Design and their regular evaluation and monitoring.
