V. Nagarajan & Co (VNC) is a professionally managed chartered accountant firm established by late Shri. Venkateswaran Nagarajan. The firm was established in 1984, on 16th August.
VNC has undergone for peer review and got the certificate from peer review board.

VNC has a well-maintained office, presently in Gurgaon and Hyderabad. There are five senior chartered accountants each having experience of more than eight years to serve clients requirements.

The firm since, 1990s has specialized Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Other Management reporting.
We also have experience in international consulting assignments in the above fields of specialization, in south east Asian countries. It acted as consultants to CGAP, (an arm of World Bank), Shore Bank International, Ford Foundation and Swiss Development Cooperation.

The Firm has professionally, supported and created a niche for several micro finance companies and banks in India. VNC caters to the timely requirements of its clients, with well qualified and experienced staff strength.

We at VNC, have years of experience in providing tax assistance to clients from our audit division as well as to 130 other regular clients of various stature viz. individuals and corporates. This wing of VNC is particularly adept at dealing with tax related services catering to the real estate industry. We make sure that tax filing for our clients are made in the most accurate and timely manner. Also, our experts ensure that there are maximum tax savings in terms of reliefs and exemptions, provided under the latest tax rules of the country. Our highly qualified tax professionals are up to date on current tax and regulatory updates via professional courses and our company-wide learning management system.
